Patients’ outwith these groups can call the Covid-19 helpline for further information:

HELPLINE NO: 0800 030 8013

Available seven days a week between the hours of 8am and 8pm

Please note that it is not possible to book, cancel or rearrange an appointment at this stage.

Repeat Prescriptions

Please note that we are trying to prevent unnecessary footfall in the practice during the current pandemic. We would ask that when you next order your repeat prescription you advise us of your preferred pharmacy (provided it is in our local area). We will ensure that your prescription is sent directly to the pharmacy for collection. Please ensure that your current telephone number is updated on our system.

We are currently providing telephone consultation appointments. Following your consultation you may be asked to attend a face to face appointment where you will be given a specific appointment time. We ask that you wear a face covering and attend alone at the time of your appointment. If the clinician assesses you as suitable for a video consultation please click here for instructions to connect to this service.

Michele Blair, our Links Worker can provide assistance to patients who may require additional support during this challenging time. Please contact our administration team who will pass on your details.

Travel Vaccinationsglobal air travel

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to make an appointment with the practice nurse to discuss your travel arrangements. This will include which countries and areas within countries that you are visiting to determine what vaccinations are required.

There is further information about countries and vaccinations required on the links below

Europe Europe & Russia North America North America
Central America Central America South America South America
Caribbean Caribbean Africa Africa
Middle East Middle East Central Asia Central Asia
East Asia East Asia Australasia Australasia and Pacific

It is important to make this initial appointment as early as possible - at least 6 weeks before you travel - as a second appointment will be required with the practice nurse to actually receive the vaccinations. These vaccines have to be ordered as they are not a stock vaccine. Your second appointment needs to be at least 2 weeks before you travel to allow the vaccines to work.

Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
