IN THE EVENT OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY PLEASE CALL 999
We are currently experiencing an exponential increase in demand for appointments, and are aware that this is causing congestion of our phone lines. We have recently added an additional line to help alleviate this problem but appreciate that this is extremely frustrating for patients.
To minimise the volume of unnecessary contacts to the Practice we would ask that you order your repeat prescription via our 24 hour prescription line on 0141 531 6218.
We would also request that you do not call the practice in advance to check if your prescription is ready. Your prescription will be available for collection 48 hours (2 working days) following your request. If you have informed us of your preferred pharmacy, we will ensure that your prescription is sent directly to the pharmacy for collection.

We continue to provide a telephone consultation appointment in the first instance. Following this consultation, you may be asked to attend a face to face appointment where you will be given a specific appointment time. Please do not attend this appointment if you have developed symptoms of coronavirus. We ask that you wear a face covering and attend alone at the time of your appointment.
